My stay at Genting Grand Hotel was overall very pleasant, marked by a neat and clean environment with polite staff. The 24-hour room service made it convenient, though I did encounter a few hiccups with my room amenities. The location is fantastic, right at the heart of Genting, but my room could have been better furnished considering the price. Overall, it was a great experience that I would recommend, but with a few reservations.
